Dazed recently published a selection of stylized photographs showcasing the upcoming basketball-themed capsule collection between cult streetwear brand Pigalle and sportswear giant Nike. The collaboration appears to include two matching jersey and shorts sets, as well as Air Force 1s, T-shirts, basketballs, and accessories. “We died the jerseys and added layers of color to the shoes, only to take them off like a patina or a rubbing,” Pigalle’s creative director Stéphane Ashpool explains. “I always like stuff that is a bit past or used: for the first one, it was very important that I show my age which is more adult, and less kid-like.” Head on over to Dazed for more images and to read the entire interview.
